Global AI Standards Body, also known as GAISB, provides AI education, professional credentialing pathways, certification preparation, exams, capstone-based learning experiences, and credential verification services.

CAIS AI Essentials™ is a foundation AI credential designed to help learners build practical AI fluency, responsible AI understanding, workflow awareness, and applied capability.

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use this website or enroll in our programs. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

When you enroll in CAIS AI Essentials™ or any GAISB program, you may receive access to digital curriculum, live or recorded sessions, exam preparation, certification resources, community access, capstone guidance, exams, credentialing tools, and related materials, depending on the program purchased.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and account access. You may not share your account, course access, exam access, community access, or credential access with another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, shared, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.

All fees must be paid in full unless a payment plan is expressly offered. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By submitting payment, you authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method provided. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, currency conversion charges, or payment processing fees.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because our programs include immediate access to digital course materials, certification preparation resources, exams, community access, and other time-sensitive digital benefits, all sales are final once access is granted, except where required by law.

GAISB may provide online exams, assessment tools, capstone requirements, credential reviews, retakes, badges, certificates, and verification IDs.

Receiving access to a program does not automatically guarantee certification. To earn a credential, you must complete the required curriculum, pass applicable assessments, submit required work, and satisfy the program's completion requirements.

Retakes may be included where stated on the program page. GAISB reserves the right to define retake rules, exam integrity requirements, credential issuance standards, and capstone review criteria.

If you earn a GAISB credential, we may issue a certificate, badge, credential ID, or verification link. Certain credential information may be publicly verifiable so employers, organizations, or third parties can confirm credential status.

GAISB may revoke, suspend, or invalidate a credential if it determines that the credential was obtained through fraud, cheating, plagiarism, account sharing, impersonation, misconduct, or violation of program rules.

All website content, course materials, videos, recordings, frameworks, slides, exams, prompts, worksheets, templates, graphics, logos, badges, credential designs, and other materials are owned by GAISB or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own personal or professional learning.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reproduce, publish, upload, share, teach from, modify, license, or commercially exploit GAISB materials without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Share your login or course access with others
• Copy, distribute, or resell course materials
• Record or redistribute live sessions without permission
• Cheat on exams or help others cheat
• Submit plagiarized or fraudulent capstone work
• Misrepresent your credential status
• Use the website or community to harass, spam, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to bypass security, payment, access, or credential verification systems
• Use GAISB materials in a way that damages the reputation of GAISB, its instructors, or its credentialing programs

If your enrollment includes access to a private community, live cohort, workshop, or group space, you agree to participate respectfully and professionally.

We may remove posts, restrict participation, or terminate access for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, dishonest, unlawful, or inconsistent with the learning environment we are building.

GAISB programs are designed for education, professional development, skill-building, and credentialing. We do not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increase, business results, income, client acquisition, investment returns, or employer recognition.

Your results depend on your effort, background, implementation, market conditions, employer requirements, and other factors outside our control.

AI tools can produce inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or fabricated outputs. GAISB teaches responsible use, evaluation, and quality control, but you remain responsible for how you apply AI tools in your work, business, organization, or personal decisions.

Nothing on this website should be treated as legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, or professional advice.

Our website or programs may link to or use third-party platforms, tools, payment processors, communities, video platforms, credentialing systems, or AI tools. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, outages, pricing changes, terms, privacy practices, or content.

Your use of third-party tools may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We may update program names, curriculum, delivery methods, instructors, schedules, bonuses, platforms, exams, or credentialing requirements to improve quality, maintain standards, or respond to changes in the AI industry.

We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the core value of the program purchased.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the program, interfere with other learners, attempt fraud, engage in misconduct, or misuse GAISB intellectual property.

Termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.

The website, programs, materials, communities, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAISB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the website, programs, materials, credentials, or third-party tools.

Our total liability for any claim related to your enrollment or use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or programs means you accept the updated Terms.
