Thank you for enrolling in a GAISB program. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for CAIS AI Essentials™ and related digital programs, courses, credentials, live cohorts, exams, and learning resources.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final once enrollment access has been granted.
Because CAIS AI Essentials™ and related GAISB programs include immediate access to digital curriculum, certification preparation materials, exam resources, community access, recorded sessions, capstone guidance, and other digital benefits, we do not offer refunds after purchase except where required by law.
2. Why We Have This Policy
Our programs are digital and access begins immediately after enrollment. Once access is provided, learners may be able to view course materials, attend sessions, access recordings, use preparation resources, enter the learning community, and complete significant portions of the program in a short period of time.
For that reason, we cannot offer a traditional refund window after access has been granted.
3. Certification Access and Retakes
Enrollment in CAIS AI Essentials™ may include access to the curriculum, online exam preparation, applied AI project process, and 30-Day AI Builder Labs. A $135 exam voucher is required to sit the certification exam and is purchased separately; additional retakes can also be purchased.
If you do not pass on your first attempt, your remedy is not a refund. Your remedy is continued access and the option to purchase additional retake attempts according to the program rules stated at the time of enrollment.
4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase for the same program using the same name or email address, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the transaction and may issue a refund for the duplicate charge if we can verify that it was accidental and no additional account access was used.
5. Technical Access Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the program, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to help restore access, provide login support, or resolve the issue.
A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund unless we are unable to provide reasonable access to the purchased program.
6. Live Sessions and Schedule Changes
Some programs may include live sessions, cohorts, workshops, or community events. Live session schedules may change due to instructor availability, platform issues, emergencies, or operational needs.
If a live session is rescheduled, recorded, or replaced with equivalent program support, this does not qualify for a refund.
7. Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of time, scheduling conflicts, failure to participate, non-use of the program, or deciding after purchase that the program is no longer needed.
Please review the program details carefully before enrolling.
8. No Guarantee of External Outcomes
GAISB does not guarantee employment, promotion, employer reimbursement, salary increase, business revenue, client acquisition, or third-party recognition. Refunds are not provided because a learner did not receive a specific job, business, income, or employer outcome.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about your purchase, contact us first so we can review the issue. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of program access while the dispute is reviewed.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of access and cancellation of credential eligibility.
10. Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where refunds are required by law, we will comply with those legal obligations.
